There are several methods to obtain Pantek Hosting technical support:
- Pantek Help Desk. To log a technical support request use Pantek Hosting Help Desk
- Pantek Knowledgebase. Answers to many common technical questions can be found in the Knowledgebase.
- Live Support. Go to any page on the Pantek Hosting web site and click on the Live Support graphic located on the top of the page. Live Support will attempt to answer your technical support question immediately. The Live Support staff is usually available 18-hours a day Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
- Call Toll Free. For domestic US use (866) 300-6482 during normal business hours
Note: We will typically respond to technical support questions within an hour of receipt of the support ticket (during normal business hours).
