Technical Support
There are several methods to obtain CybrHost technical support:
- CybrHost Help Desk. To log a technical support request use CybrHost Help Desk.
- Live Support. Go to any page on the CybrHost web site (CybrHost Splash Page) and click on the Live Support graphic located on the top of the page. Live Support will attempt to answer your technical support question immediately. The Live Support staff is usually available 18-hours a day Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
- Call Toll Free. For domestic US use (866) 300-MIVA (6482) during normal business hours.
Note: We will typically respond to technical support questions within an hour of receipt of the support ticket (during normal business hours.)
CybrHost no longer uses the support@cybrhost.net email address to answer detailed technical questions due to the volume of mail now processed.
Normal Business Hours
Our normal business hours, excluding National Holidays, are:
Monday through Friday 9 am ET to 6 pm ET.
