CybrHost Demonstrates New Customer Portal at Conference

CybrHost, an e-Commerce hosting provider, demonstrated their new customer portal at the Miva Merchant conference in San Diego last month. The new portal will allow CybrHost customers to conveniently access the most requested features directly from a single web page. Current features include full management of e-mail addresses, access to the CybrHost helpdesk, anti-spam control, and detailed utilization reports. Additional features are planned for Q3 2010.

New Pricing Structure

Miva Merchant has instituted a new pricing structure for all Miva Merchant accounts (http://www.mivamerchant.com/Letter.pdf). Instead of a one-time licensing fee, all hosting providers must now pay a monthly “Service” fee for each and every license our hosted sites use.

In response CybrHost is raising some of our prices to cover this service fee. We have restructured other packages to provide the best features at the best possible price. The new package lineup is fully described on our web site.
