
Tools > Options > Getting Started >
Select "Tools," then "Options". Next highlight the "Getting Started" icon. In the "Real name" block put your name, i.e. John Doe. Your email address i.e. john@mail.yourdomainname.com, goes in the "Return Address" block. In "Mail Server (Incoming)" type mail.yourdomainname.com. Your login name is, i.e. john%yourdomainname.com and next, type mail.yourdomainname.com in "SMTP Server (Outgoing)." Check the "Allow Authentication" box.
Highlight the "Checking Mail" icon. In the "Mail Server" block insert, mail.yourdomainname.com, and login name, i.e. john%yourdomainname.com in the "Login Name" block. Check "Send on Check" and "Save Password" blocks.
Highlight the "Incoming Mail" icon. Select "POP3" for your "Server Configuration". Select "Passwords" for "Authentication Style."
Highlight the "Sending Mail" icon. In the "Return Address" block, type your email address, i.e. john@yourdomainname.com and enter mail.yourdomainname.com in the "SMTP server" block. Check the "Allow authentication', "Immediate Send", and "Send on check" blocks. Your Eudora Setup is Complete.
